As a product integrator and technical service provider, we directly provide standard products and non-standard solutions to customers, and are now recruiting joint R&D and production partners around the world to jointly build an efficient and high-quality cutting ecological supply chain

3. Cooperation mode and requirements
a. Order guarantee: sign a 3-year framework agreement, committing to a guaranteed annual purchase volume increase of 20%;
b. Technology empowerment: open platform cutting process database to assist suppliers in optimizing production parameters (such as tool coating process improvement);
c. Joint R&D income: Suppliers participating in new product development enjoy a sales share (3%-15% according to the contribution);
d. Financial support: large orders can apply for 30% prepayment to alleviate financial pressure
4. Cooperation process
a. Pre-qualification: Submit enterprise qualifications, production capacity certificates, and quality system documents to[email protected]；
b. Proficiency verification: Place a trial production order through the platform (such as processing a non-standard fixture according to the drawing, the acceptance rate is ≥98%);
c. System docking: Access to Ponce Cloud Supply Chain Management System (SRM) to realize real-time synchronization of order-production-quality inspection data;
d. Signing and commissioning: Sign the "Product Joint Development and Quality Agreement" and enter the stage of mass production cooperation
5. Special policies
a. Quick response reward: Suppliers who sign a contract before June 1, 2025 can receive an additional 5% payment subsidy if the delivery cycle of the first order is shortened by 10%;
b. Technology upgrade subsidy: In order to meet the needs of the platform to transform the production line suppliers, provide low-interest loans of no more than 500,000 yuan for technological transformation
6. Declaration and commitment
a. No matchmaking involved: All products are sold directly under the Pennex Cloud brand or authorized co-brands, and the supplier does not have direct contact with end customers;
b. Intellectual property protection: The patents of jointly developed products are shared by both parties, and technical details cannot be disclosed to third parties without permission
