The operating income of the whole industry of machine tools was 578.9 billion yuan, down 1.0% year-on-year. Among them, metal cutting machine tools increased by 13.3% year-on-year.Metal forming machine toolsa year-on-year increase of 10.7%.
 

The new orders of key enterprises of metal processing machine tools increased by 8.6% year-on-year, and the orders in hand increased by 8.4% year-on-year.
 

the output of metal cutting machine tools of enterprises above designated size in China was 483,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 13.9%; the output of metal forming machine tools was 100,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 8.7%.
 

the total import and export of machine tool products was US$19.11 billion, a year-on-year increase of 5.7%. Among them, the import value was 5.93 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 0.6%; the export value was 13.18 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 8.1%. the import value of metal cutting machine tools was US$2.77 billion, a year-on-year increase of 0.9%; the export value was 3.52 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 14.0%. the import value of metal forming machine tools was US$370 million, down 10.0% year-on-year; the export value was 1.88 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 34.5%.
