3After the user submits the after-sales application, the system will automatically create the corresponding after-sales order according to the details of the application for after-sales service.
4, users can check the progress in [After-sales Records] in Order Management.

5、 If you need to exchange the goods, you need to send the goods to the designated warehouse, and the exchange will be carried out after receipt.

6、 If you need to return or refund the product, you need to send the product to the designated warehouse, and the refund will be processed upon receipt。
